智通财经APP获悉，9月12日，网龙(00777)其子公司Mynd.ai(MYND.US)近日已完成对 Merlyn Mind, Inc. 屡获殊荣的 AI 语音与远程控制技术相关的软件解决方案、专利、商标、专有技术及其他知识产权和资产的战略收购。该解决方案可实现对 PC和 Mac 的无缝语音及远程控制操作，并能与各类教学用显示设备高效兼容，为教育工作者在课堂场景中提供更高的移动自由度、操作灵活性与教学控制权。
