智通财经APP讯，权识国际(00381)发布公告，于2025年9月12日，本公司与王芳女士(卖方)订立谅解备忘录，订约方同意就本公司可能有条件收购，而卖方可能有条件出售海南秒链科技有限公司(目标公司)的51%权益进行磋商。待落实及由本公司(或由本公司提名的本公司全资附属公司)与卖方订立最终协议(最终协议)及完成可能收购事项后，目标公司的财务业绩将综合计入本公司的财务报表。
目标公司为卖方的独资企业，于2021年在中国海南省注册。目标公司系一家专业的企业数字化解决方案提供商，其使命是帮助传统生产型及销售型实体完成企业数字化转型，提高运营效率和创新能力。目标公司的服务范围涵盖了企业数字化的各个方面，包括数字化战略规划、业务流程优化、数据挖掘、机器学习、云计算与大数据等。
董事会认为，可能收购事项符合本集团的投资策略并预期巩固本公司的现有业务。董事会认为，可能收购事项(倘落实)将即时为本公司带来新收入来源及可使本公司进一步加强其收入及客户基础，故符合本公司及其股东的整体利益。
