【德州男子运营加密货币“庞氏骗局”，1250万美元债务破产豁免遭驳回】金色财经报道，美国德克萨斯州南部地区破产法院近日驳回当地居民内森・富勒（Nathan Fuller）的破产豁免请求，其超 1250 万美元债务及未来债权人索赔需全额承担。 据悉，富勒曾运营加密货币投资公司 Privvy Investments LLC，涉嫌以 “庞氏骗局” 吸纳资金，并用投资者钱款购买奢侈品、支付赌博行程，还为前妻购置近 100 万美元房产。2024 年 10 月，遭投资者起诉后，富勒申请第七章破产保护，试图豁免债务。 美国受托人计划（USTP）调查发现，富勒在破产案中隐瞒资产、伪造文件、作虚假陈述，甚至因拒不遵守法院命令被处民事藐视，后承认运营 “庞氏骗局” 及干扰破产程序。因富勒未回应 USTP 指控，法院于今年 8 月先作缺席判决，如今正式驳回其债务豁免请求。
