Resouro Strategic Metals (ASX:RAU) has extended the close of the CA$2 million non-brokered private placement of shares to Sept. 15, from its earlier deadline of Aug. 29, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
Proceeds from the placement will be used for the company's engineering program, the filing said.
