　　天弘基金再引高管。

　　据中基协官网查询，原泰康资产副总经理、首席技术官迟哲已于8月28日正式加盟天弘基金。据悉将拟任副总经理，分管技术部与基金运营部。

　　据泰康资产2025年半年度报告可以查询到，迟哲1976年5月出生，同济大学交通信息工程及控制硕士。曾任泰康资产管理有限责任公司副总经理、首席技术官，负责信息技术、数据管理、数字化转型等相关工作；并曾任申银万国证券信息科技中心产品经理，埃森哲（上海）金融服务高级咨询顾问，平安资产管理有限责任公司系统规划部经理、科技创新中心执行总经理。

　　其离职迹象已显现：据悉，9月1日泰康资产官网已撤下迟哲相关高管信息。

　　根据公司财务会计信息，泰康资产2024年总资产达142.28亿元，所有者权益为94.26亿元，公司净利润达28.43亿元。

　　2025年上半年公司营业收入达30.08亿元，净利润13.16亿元。

　　随着迟哲转投天弘基金，其在大型资管机构积累的系统能力、数据管理经验与技术视野，或将在公募基金数字化、平台化转型进程中带来助力。
