During his tenure, he contributed to the structuring and execution of significant transactions, including the international acquisition of Casa Herradura in Mexico. His expertise spans corporate finance, strategic planning, treasury, global tax, investor relations, and M&A. His global perspective and cross-functional experience have established him as a results-oriented leader known for strategic insight, operational discipline, and principled execution.
