Market Chatter: JPMorgan, Nomura Lead $588 Million Debt Financing for OTPP's Deal to Buy Donte

JPMorgan Chase (JPM) and Nomura (NMR) are among banks leading a package to provide a 500 million euros ($588 million) loan for Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan's planned acquisition of Donte Group.

UBS Group (UBS) and BNP Paribas are also part of the lending group, the report said.

The Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan said in July that is has signed an agreement to acquire Donte Group in a 1 billion euro deal.

JPMorgan Chase, Nomura, the Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, UBS, BNP Paribas and Donte Group did not immediately respond to reqeusts for comment from MT Newswires.
