9月16日，京东联合贵州茅台酒举行“京东品酒会”。京东集团创始人刘强东在会上提到，自己因特别喜欢做菜，所以对餐饮业一直很关注。

　　他提到，自己此前无意中发现在外卖市场中，外卖平台扣点高达25%。“因为我第一次创业是开餐厅，我很清楚，现在大部分餐饮的从业者都是夫妻店。夫妻两人积攒了二十多年钱，攒了50万块钱，租个门脸装修，开业做餐饮。其实几乎全国没有几个餐饮净利率能到25%。”

　　刘强东表示，做餐饮利润根本就达不到25%，但平台要拿25%，结果就导致食品安全得不到任何保障，导致出现幽灵餐厅、餐饮从业者不得不去降低食品的品质，为了能在平台交这样的扣点，同时自己还能赚钱。

　　他直言，“某种程度上他们可能也是被逼的。”
