路透9月14日 - 英国超市集团森宝利(Sainsbury's) SBRY.L周日表示，已终止就出售旗下 Argos 日用百货业务与中国电子商务巨头京东 9618.HK 的谈判。前一日森宝利曾确认谈判正在进行nL6S3V002I。
森宝利在一份声明中称：“京东已经表示，目前只准备就经过重大修改的条款和承诺进行谈判，但这不符合森宝利股东、员工和更广泛利益相关者的最佳利益。”
京东未予置评。
Argos 是英国第二大日用品零售商，其网站浏览量位居英国零售网站第三名，拥有1,100多个取货点。森宝利2016年以11亿英镑收购Argos。(完)
