Check-Cap agreed to be acquired by MBody AI. Shares shot up threefold to $2.30 in after-hours trading on Friday.

Faraday Future Intelligent Electric is planning to spin off its cryptocurrency assets into a separate company. The stock rose 4% to $1.79 after the bell.

Glucotrack issued a $3.6 million convertible promissory note to an investor for $3 million. The stock fell 8% to $9.75 following the market close.
