智通财经APP获悉，受欧洲电动汽车需求低于预期影响，福特汽车公司(F.US)计划在其德国科隆电动汽车生产工厂削减至多1000个岗位。
福特补充表示，自2026年1月起，科隆工厂将转为单班制生产，此次岗位调整预计将由此引发。
福特公司称：“在欧洲，电动汽车需求仍远低于行业预期。”“因此，福特将从2026年1月起，把科隆工厂的生产模式调整为单班制。”
此前，福特曾投资数十亿美元将科隆工厂改造为电动汽车生产中心，但电动汽车需求持续疲软导致工厂产量及人力需求下降。此次裁员举措的背景，是整个汽车行业正面临多重挑战，包括电动汽车普及率偏低、前期投入成本高企以及关税相关难题等。
