智通财经APP讯，松景科技(01079)及要约人MICRONOVA LIMITED联合公布，于2025年9月16日(星期二)下午四时正(即综合文件所载接纳要约的最后时间及日期)，要约人已接获股份要约项下合共79.44万股要约股份(接纳股份)的有效接纳，占本公司于本联合公布日期已发行股本总额约0.06%;及购股权要约项下合共4578万份购股权(接纳购股权)的有效接纳，占购股权要约项下购股权的约82.07%。
紧随收购事项完成后及紧接要约于2025年8月26日开始可供接纳前，要约人、于先生及彼等任何一致行动人士持有、控制或指示7.14亿股股份，相当于本公司在本联合公布日期的已发行股本总额约53.83%。
紧随要约截止后及于本联合公布日期，经计及有关接纳股份的有效接纳(须待该等接纳股份转让予要约人完成后方为有效)，要约人、于先生及彼等任何一致行动人士合共于7.15亿股股份中拥有权益，占本公司于本联合公布日期已发行股本总额约53.89%。
