ChainCatcher 消息，全球加密货币交易平台 Gemini 于 9 月 15 日宣布已完成首次公开募股（IPO），以每股 28.00 美元的价格发行 1593.75 万股 A 类普通股，总融资规模达 4.46 亿美元。其中，Gemini 自身发行 30.06 万股，融资约 841.6 万美元；其余 45.84 万股由卖方股东通过超额配售选择权出售。
Gemini 的 A 类普通股已于 9 月 12 日在纳斯达克正式挂牌交易，股票代码为"GEMI"。作为由 Cameron 和 Tyler Winklevoss 兄弟于 2014 年创立的加密交易平台，此次成功上市标志着继 Coinbase 之后，第二家主流加密货币交易所进入传统资本市场。
Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC 和 Citigroup 担任本次 IPO 的联席主承销商。
