智通财经APP讯，金粤控股(00070)发布公告，预期集团于2025年财年(截至2025年6月30日止财政年度)取得亏损不多于1.05亿港元，而截至2024年6月30日止财政年度(2024年财年)则为亏损约4900万港元。
2025年财年的亏损较2024年财年增加不多于5600万港元。此乃主要由于(i)集团所持物业(分类为物业、厂房及设备)的减值亏损较2024年财年增加约4500万港元;(ii)集团的投资物业公平值亏损较2024年财年增加约1000万港元;及(iii)集团应收贷款及应收利息的减值拨备及撇销较2024年财年增加约300万港元;而此被2025年财年确认的出售一间附属公司的收益约200万港元所部分抵销。 上述减值亏损、公平值亏损、减值拨备及撇销以及出售收益均属于符合香港财务报告准则的非现金会计处理项目，其各自对集团的经营现金流量并无影响。
