YSX Tech (YSXT) said Tuesday it has signed a memorandum of understanding with XUnit to jointly build a compliance-driven real-world asset standardization platform for a secure and transparent global digital asset circulation model.
The companies plan to work together on the standardized tokenization of real-world assets, Web3 financing and digitization of insurance-related assets, among others, YSX said.
YSX shares were up over 14% in recent premarket activity Tuesday.
