马斯克上周五通过信托在公开市场购入逾250万股公司股票，交易金额约10亿美元，引发特斯拉股价周一上涨3.6%，至410.26美元。
华尔街日报指出，此举被外界视为马斯克向市场释放对公司前景的信心信号，正值特斯拉董事会即将对一项史上最贵薪酬方案进行股东投票，该方案或将使马斯克再获12%股份，总价值高达1万亿美元。
分析师指出，马斯克此次买入传达出他对Robotaxi等未来业务板块的坚定看好。马斯克曾表态，若无法获得25%控股权，将考虑将AI业务转移至特斯拉之外。
此前，马斯克在2021年起大规模减持股票，累计套现超390亿美元，其中约200亿用于收购X（原Twitter）。他曾在2022年底承诺不再出售特斯拉股份。
部分投资者将此举解读为马斯克“回归”公司事务的信号。今年早些时候，马斯克在特朗普政府中担任角色引发争议，并已于春季辞职。
目前马斯克持有公司约20%股份（含存在法律争议的期权），市值约2500亿美元。新薪酬方案若获通过，将进一步加深其与公司绑定。
马斯克坦言，随着美国EV购车补贴即将结束，公司未来几个季度或面临挑战。但他强调，机器人和自动驾驶仍是长期增长的核心。（国际财闻汇）
