该公司将把募集资金用于实施数字资产资金库战略，重点收购 Solana 原生加密货币 SOL 作为其主要储备资产。该举措依托 Solana 作为增长最快区块链的地位。
该交易预计于 2025 年 9 月 18 日左右完成，新任领导层包括 Joseph Chee 担任董事兼执行董事长，Cosmo Jiang 担任董事会观察员，Dan Morehead 担任战略顾问。
