Adamas Trust's board has raised the real-estate investment trust's quarterly dividend by 15%, to 23 cents from 20 cents.
The new payout, equal to 92 cents a year, represents an annual yield of about 12.9% based on Friday's closing price of $7.13, up from 11.2%.
The New York company, which recently changed its name from New York Mortgage Trust, on Monday said the increased dividend is payable Oct. 30 to shareholders of record Sept. 25.
