智通财经APP讯，民富国际(08511)公布，于2025年9月15日，公司与东安霞栖农业科技发展有限公司(卖方)及湖南省硕升生物科技有限公司(出租人)订立不具法律约束力的谅解备忘录，据此，公司拟提名其一间全资附属公司作为潜在买方，以进行以下事项：(i)可能向卖方收购农业食品生产设施及相关资产;及(ii)向出租人租赁位于井头圩镇霞栖村冷东公路东侧总建筑面积约39,223.3平方米的农业食品生产厂房。
董事会认为，订立谅解备忘录是集团持有有价资产以经营农业食品科技及销售业务的重要一步，因此，订立谅解备忘录符合公司及其股东的整体利益。
