近日，在广州举行的2025年国际机场博览会暨第十届中国机场服务大会上，国际机场协会（ACI）正式揭晓年度ACI ASQ（旅客满意度调查）奖项。北京大兴国际机场凭借卓越服务品质，荣获“2500万-4000万吞吐量亚太地区最佳机场奖”“亚太地区最便捷机场旅程奖”“亚太地区最令人愉悦机场奖”“亚太地区最洁净机场奖”“亚太地区最敬业员工团队机场奖”及“总干事卓越榜”六项大奖，再次成为国内首家囊括ACI服务质量六项大奖的机场。
此次获奖覆盖便捷、愉悦、洁净、敬业等旅客出行的全场景体验。在“最便捷”方面，大兴机场通过持续升级易安检、优化中转服务及北京服务中心“一站式”外籍服务，叠加APP/小程序全场景服务功能，实现“一部手机畅行机场”；“最愉悦”聚焦文化融合与商业创新，暑期推出木偶剧、敦煌舞蹈等文艺演出，焕新呈现中国园、瓷园，并引入同仁堂、紫光园、泡泡玛特等多元品牌，以“兴先送”外卖、“归兴肆见”美食荟引领“airport walk”新风尚；“最洁净”依托实时空气质量监测与全方位消杀、清洁，构建安心出行环境；“最敬业”则以“爱人如己、爱己达人”服务理念为核心，通过“兴心相印”细分需求的多元服务，让旅客收获温暖贴心、一路有爱的美好旅途。
