智通财经APP讯，甘肃银行(02139)发布公告，经本行于2025年9月15日召开的董事会会议上审议通过，董事会建议委任石海龙先生(石先生)为本行第四届董事会执行董事，任期自国家金融监督管理总局甘肃监管局(甘肃金融监管局)核准其董事任职资格之日起，与第四届董事会任期一致，任期届满可以连选连任。
经董事会会议审议通过，董事会同意委任石先生担任本行行长，任期自其行长任职资格获得甘肃金融监管局核准之日起，至第四届董事会届满为止。同时，经董事会审议通过，自2025年9月15日起至石先生高级管理人员任职资格获得甘肃金融监管局核准之前，石先生代为履行本行行长职责。
