狮腾控股（02562）早盘股价上涨9.46%，现报21.06港元，成交额4.19亿港元。
狮腾控股公告称，公司与潜在卖方签署投资意向书，拟通过发行新股方式收购一家在人工智能、区块链、去中心化金融（DeFi）及稳定币领域具领先地位的新加坡企业全部股权。此次收购符合狮腾控股深化人工智能、区块链及数字金融领域布局的战略，有望带来人工智能基础设施与生态扩展、数字金融与稳定币创新以及全球市场渗透等多重协同效应。投资意向书自签署之日起九个月内有效，最终交易需待尽职调查及正式协议签署后方可作实。
公告称，目标集团在全球70多个国家开展业务，拥有超过40万名AI与区块链工程师网络，曾成功推出新加坡首个政府支持的区块链加速器，并参与推动USDC稳定币规模化应用。交易完成后，目标集团管理层及创始人将提供三年收入及利润保证。目标集团拥有包括加拿大养老基金OMERS、马来西亚主权基金Khazanah、印尼Mandiri银行等全球知名机构投资者。
