消息面上，维立志博近日公告称，自主研发的奥帕替苏米单抗（LBL-024, 抗PD-L1/4-1BB双特异性抗体）顺利完成一项Ib/Ⅱ期临床研究（NCT07099430）首例患者入组，该研究将探索奥帕替苏米单抗单药或联合用药治疗一线晚期黑色素瘤。据悉，LBL-024为针对肺外神经内分泌癌的全球首款达到注册临床阶段的靶向4-1BB受体的疗法，亦有望成为治疗晚期肺外神经内分泌癌的首款获批药物。
公开资料显示，维立志博目前拥有14款候选药物，其中6款已进入临床阶段，包括1款核心产品及3款主要产品。核心产品LBL-024是一款处于注册临床阶段的PD-L1与4-1BB双特异性抗体，公司目前正在评估LBL-024对晚期肺外神经内分泌癌、小细胞肺癌、胆道癌、非小细胞肺癌及其他实体瘤的潜在疗效。
