Centuri Holdings (CTRI) reported late Monday the final separation from Southwest Gas Holdings (SWX) after the firm sold about 27.4 million of its remaining Centuri shares on Sept. 5.
Centuri said it has named Christopher Krummel as its board chair, replacing Karen Haller, who will remain on the board.
