DoubleVerify's Global Chief Commercial Officer Julie Eddleman to Step Down

DoubleVerify Holdings (DV) said Global Chief Commercial Officer Julie Eddleman plans to resign, effective Dec. 31, to pursue other interests.
Eddleman will serve as a consultant during a transition period of about six months, effective Jan. 1, the company said Monday in a regulatory filing.
Steve Mougis, currently chief growth officer, was named as Eddleman's successor, and Gian LaVecchia was appointed as chief revenue officer, the company said in a statement.
