智通财经APP讯，阳光油砂(02012)公布，于2025年9月14日，与国际比特币矿机设备供应商BitCruiser Incorporated(Bitcruiser)，签订非约束性战略合作协议。根据协议，双方将在加拿大阳光油砂拥有的片区共同建立大型比特币矿埸，公司负责项目所需的电力，天燃气能源及办公住宿仓储设备房等配套设施，Bitcruiser 公司则负责投资比特币挖矿设备及矿埸建设运营，公司与 Bitcruiser 公司己达成共识，尽快组建双方合作团队，针对矿场开发与营运制订实施计划。
