** Shares of Australia's BPM Minerals BPM.AX rise as much as 14.6% to A$0.094, their highest since October 22, 2024
** Diversified miner says it has executed a heritage agreement with UUNAC (Upurli Upurli Nguratja Aboriginal Corporation) for its recently acquired Forelands gold project in Western Australia
** Agreement establishes protocols for cultural heritage management, and involves engagement over key tenure, at site
** Agreement clears way for drilling, after a heritage survey scheduled for Q4 2025 is completed
** Stock last up 13.4%, lifting YTD gains to 38.8%
