9月15日早间消息，昨晚，罗永浩在直播中直接点名西贝营销咨询服务商华与华，批评道：“他作为收费的，帮它（西贝）做市场定位和营销的，竟然在边上呼吁它干。我可以认为这是当着全国读者和观众的面，华与华证明了他们家给企业做这种支招的，这是纯扯淡的。”
罗永浩在直播间说道：“以后别的企业再用华与华，产生的可能就是大家会怀疑那个品牌是不是智力有问题，脑子有问题。”
官网资料显示，华与华于2002年由华杉和华楠两兄弟创立，合作客户覆盖互联网、餐饮、茶饮、调味品等细分行业，包括西贝莜面村、海底捞、华莱士、蜜雪冰城、东鹏特饮、江小白、厨邦酱油、新东方、读客文化、得到APP、鸭鸭羽绒服、汉庭酒店、SKG未来健康、阿里巴巴天猫养车、奇安信、新潮传媒等品牌。
华与华在官网中还指出，其服务方式有且仅有一种，即为客户提供全年全案的营销咨询服务，从不提供单个项目的服务模式。此外，华与华不参与投标和比稿，也不设专门团队发展新客户，希望客户在充分了解华与华的前提下进行合作。
