美团数据显示，2025年上半年，全国高频骑手月均收入6949至10201元。以熟练骑手组成的“乐跑”群体为例，在北上广深等高线城市月收入可达12826元。二季度以来，面对高温及订单高峰，各线城市高频骑手月均收入同比增幅均超20%。

福利方面，7月1日起，“新就业形态人员职业伤害保障”（骑手工伤保险）已扩至17个省市，美团按单缴费、每单必保、每人必保。2022年试点以来，截至今年上半年，美团已累计缴费超15亿元。（第一财经记者 陆涵之）
