Litchfield Minerals Says Preparations for Northern Territory Project Drilling Campaign Well-Advanced, Shares Jump 36%

Litchfield Minerals (ASX:LMS) said preparations for the second phase reverse circulation drilling campaign at the Oonagalabi project in the Northern Territory are well advanced, and drilling is scheduled to begin in late September, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

It will drill up to 14 reverse circulation drill holes, for a maximum of 3,750 meters. The campaign is designed to test gravity, magnetic, and versatile time domain electromagnetic conductor anomalies, as well as areas of known mineralization.

Its shares jumped 36% in recent trading on Tuesday.
