消息面上，辽港股份近日公布，截至2025年9月9日，大连港通过集中竞价方式累计增持公司A股股票1.49亿股，占公司当前总股本的比例为0.63%，增持金额为2.52亿元(人民币，下同)，本次增持计划实施完毕。
此外，辽港股份2025年上半年业绩表现较为亮眼，实现营业收入56.93亿元，同比增长5.93%;归母净利润9.56亿元，同比增长110.78%;基本每股收益0.040027元。对于上半年业绩的大幅增长，辽港股份表示，这主要系油品、集装箱业务的收益增加，合联营企业投资收益增加，以及收回长期款项转回信用减值损失等方面影响。
