当地时间周一，美国参议院投票，确认对加密货币友好的斯蒂芬・米兰（Stephen Miran）担任美联储理事会理事。

　　投票结果十分胶着：48名参议员投赞成票，47名投反对票。

　　米兰此前曾任职于投资公司Hudson Bay，担任高级策略师——该公司一直在交易FTX破产案中的债权（FTX于2022年底申请破产）。他过去还曾提议，应简化加密货币相关监管规则。

　　据报道，上周参议院银行委员会已按党派立场投票，同意将米兰的提名提交给参议院全体会议表决。多篇报道指出，米兰的任职确认流程推进迅速，目的是确保他能在美联储下一次利率制定会议（将于周二召开）前就职。

　　米兰将接替此前由阿德里亚娜・库格勒（Adriana Kugler）担任的美联储理事席位，任期至2026年1月31日（该席位近期处于空缺状态）。库格勒于今年8月宣布辞职，并表示将于秋季返回乔治敦大学担任教授。
