智通财经APP讯，中基长寿科学(00767)发布公告，于2025年9月13日，本公司的间接非全资附属公司中骊(海南)生命科学技术有限公司(中骊海南)与海南博鳌超级医院有限公司(海南博鳌)签署合作协议(合作协议)，中骊海南与海南博鳌双方共同建立“国际肿瘤精准医学中心”(医学中心)，海南博鳌负责提供中心的场地及提供“1+X”平台的服务功能，包括但不限于：门诊、住院、检查、治疗、手术等，中骊海南负责中心的营运并提供专家及专科技术和专科设备支援，双方共同为患者开展诊疗活动及各种科研项目。
董事会认为健康长寿科学市场的前景广阔，因为观察到全球的富裕客户更愿意接受及花费在长寿科学应用上，以提升彼等的整体健康及免疫状况，并促进彼等身体年轻化。
签署合作协议符合本集团的长寿科学业务发展策略及计划，将有利于本集团未来的业务发展，为本集团进一步拓展国内市场奠定了坚实的基础。董事会相信签署合作协议进一步完善本集团在长寿科学诊断及医疗服务领域的布局，为本集团开拓新的长寿科学收入来源，以期长远为本集团带来更加稳定及持续增长的收入。
