9月10日至14日，由商务部和北京市人民政府共同主办的2025年中国国际服务贸易交易会（简称“服贸会”）在京举行。在服贸会重要专题论坛“全球楼宇经济生态大会”上，远洋北京CBD核心区Z6项目被授予“《商业楼宇净零运营与碳中和评价规范》团体标准参编单位”荣誉称号。
