消息面上，宇华教育旗下湖南涉外经济学院选营获批。信达证券指出，上一轮选营进展高峰期是在22年10月，黑龙江民办高校选营结果落地，新高教集团旗下哈尔滨华德学院和中国科培旗下哈尔滨石油学院成功转设为营利性民办学校。此次湖南涉外经济学院选营获批或成为其他省份参考的范本，各地民办高教选营进展有望得到推进。
该行指出，高教板块有望迎来估值修复。之前选营进展的停滞一直是压制民办高教板块估值的因素之一，此次湖南涉外经济学院选营获批虽然是营利性转设中的阶段性进展，却是近三年停滞后的一抹亮光。民办高教板块在普遍3-6x的PE的背景下，有望迎来显著的估值修复。建议重点关注民办高教板块估值修复带来的投资机会，如中教控股等。
