智通财经APP讯，红星美凯龙(01528)公布，公司于2025年9月15日收到邱喆女士提交的书面辞任报告。邱喆女士因个人职业规划原因，申请辞任董事会秘书、公司联席公司秘书、公司副总经理及香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条项下的公司授权代表职务，上述辞任事项自书面辞任报告送达董事会之日起生效。
伍秀薇女士因工作调动已辞任公司的联席公司秘书及根据香港法例第622章公司条例第16部及上市规则第19A.13(2)条所规定获授权代表公司于香港接收法律程序文件及通知的代理人，自2025年9月15日起生效。
根据上市规则第3.05条的规定，董事长兼执行董事李玉鹏先生获委任为授权代表，自2025年9月15日起生效。李玉鹏先生将与现任授权代表杨先生共同担任授权代表。
此外，欧正女士已获委任为公司唯一公司秘书及法律程序代理人，自2025年9月15日起生效。
