Landsea Green Life Service Company (HKG:1965) said Chairman and Executive Director Tian Ming has resigned, effective Sept. 12, to devote more time to personal matters, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.

Non-executive director Liu Shouwei has been appointed chairman, also effective Sept. 12.

Liu is currently the president of Landsea Holdings. He previously served as vice president of Landsea Green Management (HKG:0106) and has held various senior financial and operational roles within the Landsea group since 2007.
