智通财经APP讯，福森药业(01652)发布公告，集团研发的“二甲双胍恩格列净片(I)”，上市申请已获得中国国家药品监督管理局批准，批准用于以下疾病的治疗：本品配合饮食控制和运动，适用于正在接受恩格列净和盐酸二甲双胍治疗的2型糖尿病成人患者，用于改善这些患者的血糖控制。
“二甲双胍恩格列净片(I)”为盐酸二甲双胍、恩格列净组成的复方制剂。药理作用如下：二甲双胍可减少肝糖生成，抑制葡萄糖的肠道吸收，并增加外周组织对葡萄糖的摄取和利用，可通过增加外周糖的摄取和利用而提高胰岛素的敏感性。恩格列净是一种SGLT2抑制剂，通过减少肾脏的葡萄糖重吸收，降低肾糖阈，促进葡萄糖从尿液排出，二者在机制方面具有协同作用，与普通单方制剂相比具有更好的降糖效果。
董事认为，二甲双胍恩格列净片(I)是集团又一款重要产品，进一步丰富了集团在糖尿病治疗领域的产品管线。该产品将会为广大糖尿病患者提供更多的治疗选择。
