Odaily星球日报讯 美国证券交易委员会（SEC）与加密货币交易所 Gemini 就多年诉讼案件达成“原则性和解”。
双方律师周一向纽约南区联邦地方法院法官 Edgardo Ramos 提交的法庭文件显示，双方已达成原则性和解协议，将完全解决此次诉讼，但仍需委员会审查和批准。双方同时要求暂停所有待定日期。
美 SEC 于 2023 年 1 月对 Genesis Global Capital 和 Gemini 提起诉讼，指控其通过 Gemini Earn 项目向散户投资者进行未注册证券发行和销售。该项目于 2021 年由 Winklevoss 兄弟领导的 Gemini 推出，允许客户将加密货币借给现已破产的 Genesis Global Capital，并获得高达 7.4% 的年化收益率。（The Block）
