智通财经APP获悉，航天控股(00031)再涨超14%，截至发稿，涨14.29%，报0.8港元，成交额2444.36万港元。
消息面上，航天控股此前公布中期业绩，上半年收入约20.23亿港元，同比增长10.89%；公司股东应占亏损4233.7万港元，同比扩大48.15%。期内，注塑产品业务的收入较去年同期增长20.32%，带动科技工业整体经营溢利上升；线路板业务整体销售企稳，收入较去年同期增长11.42%，主要来自光电模组和国内载板业务的强劲增长。
值得注意的是，航天控股在中期财报中透露，南通康源集成电路封装载板能力建设的土建工程已完成，正有序进行生产线的建设，并于2025年上半年开始小批次试运行。据悉，南通康源电路封装载板项目为公司重点投资项目，总投资50亿元，一期投资15亿元，已于2024年四季度启动试产，2025年1月进入量产爬坡阶段，设计年产能24万平方米，年销售额13.5亿元。全部投产后，公司高阶集成电路封装载板和高密度印制电路板的产能将翻倍，公司或跻身国内载板行业前三，推动半导体行业国产替代和自主可控进程。
