中国市场监督管理总局表示，经初步调查，英伟达（Nvidia/辉达）违反中国“反垄断法”，市场监管总局依法决定对其实施进一步调查。
市监总局在其官网公告称，英伟达还违反了市场监管总局关于附加限制性条件批准英伟达收购迈络思股权案反垄断审查决定的公告。
受此消息影响，部分芯片股走低。德州仪器(德仪)TXN.O下跌2.3%。(完)
