智通财经APP讯，四川能投发展(01713)发布公告，于2025年9月16日(交易时段后)，德格格萨尔电力(公司关连人士)与四川能投发展建设(公司全资附属公司)订立建设合同，据此，四川能投发展建设同意就该项目向德格格萨尔电力提供若干建设服务，合同价格为人民币443.62万元(含税)。
四川能投发展建设须提供与该项目有关的建设服务以及重要设备及材料的采购及安装服务，工作范围应包括新建电缆线路、配电变压器、家用电表、电线杆基础、电缆、箱式变压器基础及调压器基础。
公司为四川省宜宾市一家垂直综合电力供应商及服务供应商，而四川能投发展建设主要从事(其中包括)变电站、水电站及输电线路的检查及维护。建设合同项下拟进行的该项目属于集团的日常及一般业务，一方面可继续加强集团与控股股东的关系，另一方面可增加公司的收入及盈利，为公司股东带来长远回报及价值。
