Odaily星球日报讯 发现各国加密货币监管实施有差异后，法国、奥地利和意大利的金融监管机构敦促欧盟顶级监管机构直接监管大型加密货币公司，收紧相关规则。欧盟 2024 年末推行《加密资产市场法规》（MiCA），要求加密货币公司在至少一个欧盟成员国获牌才能在全欧盟服务。周一发布的立场文件里，三国金融市场监管机构称，此做法暴露各国监管公司的“重大差异”，企业可钻空子，建议将行业最大企业监督权移交欧洲证券和市场管理局（ESMA）。他们还表示，MiCA 实施初期就显示监管趋同有限，难保欧盟标准统一。ESMA 发言人回应称，正努力确保监管一致，且去年就认为应重新考虑加强欧盟层面监管的领域。此外，三国监管机构或采取预防措施防风险，还呼吁加强对全球平台、网络安全和代币发行的监管。（彭博社）
