Summi (HKG:0756) said the Hong Kong High Court has adjourned the hearing of a winding-up petition against the company to Oct. 6, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The case, filed by lenders over alleged overdue payments of $12.6 million plus interest, was last scheduled for Sept. 12.
