智通财经APP讯，中国环境资源(01130)公布，预期该集团截至2025年6月30日止年度的综合亏损与2024年同期亏损约7210万港元相比将减少不少于35%。
董事会认为有关亏损减少乃由于截至2025年6月30日止年度的下列事项的综合影响所致：(i)由于回收废金属需求下降，加上汽车及汽车配件的销售减少，导致收益减少至约6070万港元，并导致毛利减少至约1330万港元;(ii)其他收入、收益及亏损减少至约160万港元;(iii)行政及营运开支减少至约3570万港元;(iv)投资物业的公允值亏损减少至约1570万港元;(v)生物资产公允值变动减出售成本产生的亏损减少至约540万港元;(vi)按公允值计入损益的投资的公允值变动的收益净额增加至约570万港元;(vii)应收款项减值亏损拨备增加至约300万港元;(viii)融资成本减少至约600万港元;及(ix)所得税抵免减少至约230万港元。
