Odaily星球日报讯 加密资产交易平台 Gate 大门宣布，其 C2C 平台将于 2025 年 9 月 15 日正式上线神盾商家服务机制。该机制通过保证金约束、严格资质审核和风险评估，为商家建立专属认证体系，并在用户因与神盾商家交易遭遇司法冻结等极端情况时，提供联合赔付支持。
据官方规则，当用户交易收款因神盾商家原因遭遇司法机关冻结等情况时，平台将按订单金额 20% 的比例进行赔付，单笔上限 2000 USDT，其中商家与平台各承担 50%。若商家未能履行赔付，平台将直接从其保证金中划扣。
目前，神盾服务适用于 Gate C2C 的 CNY 法币交易区，暂时仅支持 Web 端使用。该服务在保障用户权益的同时，也强化了商家信用建设，为 C2C 交易营造更加稳健与可信的环境。
