Prophecy International Holdings (ASX:PRO) said that Chief Executive Brad Thomas has resigned, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Chairman Ed Reynolds will serve as the acting CEO of the company until a new executive is appointed to the role, the filing said.
The company's shares fell around 6% in recent Monday trade.
