新浪科技讯 9月15日下午消息，在双11商家大会上，快手介绍双11的平台激励政策。快手电商表示，在本次双11蓄水期阶段将投入180亿流量补贴，全周期流量补贴将达数千亿。正式期阶段，平台将提供20亿用户红包以及10亿商品补贴，帮助用户、达人、商家抓住双11大促红利。
