0746 GMT - China's shopping mall rental is a bright spot in China's real estate industry, according to HSBC analysts in a commentary. Shopping mall landlords are in the early stages of a "historic harvest" period after years of investments, HSBC analysts say, noting that the "size, cashflow and management have meaningfully improved." The analysts note many powerful drivers are underappreciated and can drive a further re-rating of quality retail landlords. HSBC prefers buy-rated China Resources Land and Seazen Group.
