飞鱼科技（01022）公布，于2025年 9月12日，厦门飞鱼（公司间接全资附属公司）与腾讯计算机订立游戏开发协议，据此，厦门飞鱼获腾讯计算机委聘基于腾讯计算机所拥有标的知识产权的一款在线游戏开发一款小游戏。腾讯计算机就开发该款小游戏应付厦门飞鱼的制作费用为人民币1250万元。
公告称，游戏开发协议既符合集团有关小游戏的业务策略，亦是其中一环。获腾讯委托开发该款小游戏可让公司了解腾讯等科技巨擘的标准开发流程，从而提升团队的技术能力与精通程度，并积累及加强小游戏开发经验。加上腾讯集团于中国小游戏市场占据强势地位，董事认为，开发该款小游戏将有助公司建立业界声誉，并促进与腾讯的长期合作。
